Who We Are
Energy Solutions Center, Inc. (ESC) is a non-profit organization of energy utilities and equipment manufacturers and natural gas service providers that promotes energy efficient natural gas solutions and systems for use by residential, commercial, and industrial energy users. The Center creates educational and marketing materials, case studies, training manuals, decision analysis software, and other tools and resources designed to enhance the success of those utility customer service professionals responsible for enhancing customer productivity, efficiency, reliability and comfort.

Benefits of ESC Membership
The Energy Solutions Center (ESC) leverages the limited amount of personnel, funding, and resources that utilities can dedicate to marketing, sales, conservation/efficiency, and customer support. The Center promotes innovative marketing partnerships between energy utilities, equipment vendors and manufacturers, and energy customers.
The Center produces a wide range of educational, technical, and marketing materials and tools that enhance the efforts of energy utility reps to retain and grow gas load, or to promote conservation and efficiency. It is the only organization dedicated exclusively to the marketing, sales, and customer support needs of energy utilities that distribute natural gas.
The ESC programs and initiatives are directed and managed by member companies and focus on improving the competitiveness, productivity, reliability, efficiency, and comfort of residential, commercial, and industrial energy users.
Energy utilities have the opportunity to formally participate in the Center as corporate members. The annual membership fee includes:
- Discounted registration at all Technology and Market Assessment Forums for your entire staff. These forums are open to members only. You will interact with the Sales and Marketing Managers of dozens of energy utility companies and public gas systems as well as 20-30 equipment manufacturers and vendors. You will be introduced to new marketing ideas and energy strategies to the benefit of your sales staff and customer.
- Eligibility to join and participate in market-focused “consortia” which produce the bulk of the Center’s tools, resources, and products. Each Consortium focuses on a specific market niche.
- Inexpensive ways to help you produce marketing materials
